Create their account here, then give them the username and temporary password directly — Fieldscale doesn't email it. They can change the password after logging in. Pick Field employee for crew who should only see their jobs (no pricing, invoices or reports).

Send a link to a prospective customer so they can try the Takeoff tool. Each person who opens it makes their own login and gets an empty, private sandbox — they can never see your projects or data. Every other part of Fieldscale shows in their menu but is locked. Revoke a link anytime to cut off the link and everyone who joined through it.
